Ingredients For Chicken Tikka Pizza Bread:
For Dough:
Flour 2 cups
Milk powder 1 tbsp
Instant yeast 1 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Egg 1
Oil 2 tbsp
Water for kneading
For Filling:
Oil 2 tbsp
Boneless chicken 250 gm
Tikka masala 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Onion 2 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Black olives 2 to 3 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Capsicum half finely cubed
Egg 1 beaten
Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Ingredients For Fish Burger:
Fish fillet 4
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Bread crumbs as required
Cheese slices 4
Burger buns 4
For Tartar Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Pickled cucumber chopped 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tsp
Onion finely chopped 1 tbsp
Egg white 1 tbsp
Method:
For tartar sauce: Take mayonnaise, lemon juice, cucumber, green coriander and chopped onion mix it and use it in burger.
For making burger: Take a fish fillet put salt, black pepper, mustard powder, vinegar, flour and egg.
Now roll it in bread crumbs for frying, until it becomes golden.
Cut it from center and give it steam on pan.
Then add butter and mayonnaise. Put cheese slices.
Now put fried fish.
Put tartar sauce.
Then put another part of bun, serve it with french fries.
Ingredients For Cadbury Cake:
For Sponge:
Eggs 6
Caster sugar 6 ounces
Flour 4 ounces
Coco powder 2 ounce
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
For Liquid To Soak Sponge:
Condensed milk 1/2 cup
Evaporated milk 1/2 cup
Milk 1/4 cup
Chocolate Drinking 2 tbsp
For Filling:
Whipped cream 300 gm
Icing sugar 4 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
For Cadbury Frosting:
Dark chocolate 200 gm
Cadbury chocolate 200 gm
Cream 200 ml
Nutella 3 tbsp
Method:
For making the sponge soft : Take a bowl add condensed milk, evaporated milk, milk and chocolate drink make its mixture.
Now for making sponge take egg, caster sugar and vanilla essence beat it for 10 minutes.
Then add filtered flour and coco powder fold it well.
Now bake it for 180 degree C for 20 minutes.
For making filling : add beaten cream make thick paste.
Now add icing sugar and vanilla essence mix it.
For making frosting, cook the cream.
Now add dark chocolate, chopped cadbury chocolate and vanilla essence mix it and make it cool for 30 minutes.
For assembling : Make a layer of sponge on serving tray.
Now paste the ready sponge mixture.
Then paste cream filling, make another layer of sponge.
Now paste ready mixture, for frosting and cadbury chocolate for garnish then serve.
