Ingredients For Chicken Tikka Pizza Bread:

For Dough:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Milk powder 1 tbsp
  • Instant yeast 1 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Egg  1
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Water  for kneading

For Filling:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Boneless chicken 250 gm
  • Tikka masala 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Onion 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Black olives 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese  1 cup
  • Capsicum  half finely cubed
  • Egg 1 beaten
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp

Ingredients For Fish Burger:

  • Fish fillet 4
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Flour  2 tbsp
  • Egg  1
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Cheese slices 4
  • Burger buns  4

For Tartar Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Pickled cucumber chopped 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tsp
  • Onion finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Egg white  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. For tartar sauce: Take mayonnaise, lemon juice, cucumber, green coriander and chopped onion mix it and use it in burger.
  2. For making burger: Take a fish fillet put salt, black pepper, mustard powder, vinegar, flour and egg.
  3. Now roll it in bread crumbs for frying, until it becomes golden.
  4. Cut it from center and give it steam on pan.
  5. Then add butter and mayonnaise. Put cheese slices.
  6. Now put fried fish.
  7. Put tartar sauce.
  8. Then put another part of bun, serve it with french fries.

Ingredients For Cadbury Cake:

For Sponge:

  • Eggs 6
  • Caster sugar 6 ounces
  • Flour 4 ounces
  • Coco powder 2 ounce
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

For Liquid To Soak Sponge:

  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Evaporated milk 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Chocolate Drinking  2 tbsp

For Filling:

  • Whipped cream 300 gm
  • Icing sugar 4 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence  1 tsp

For Cadbury Frosting:

  • Dark chocolate 200 gm
  • Cadbury chocolate 200 gm
  • Cream 200 ml
  • Nutella  3 tbsp

Method:

  1. For making the sponge soft: Take a bowl add condensed milk, evaporated milk, milk and chocolate drink make its mixture.
  2. Now for making sponge take egg, caster sugar and vanilla essence beat it for 10 minutes.
  3. Then add filtered flour and coco powder fold it well.
  4. Now bake it for 180 degree C for 20 minutes.
  5. For making filling: add beaten cream make thick paste.
  6. Now add icing sugar and vanilla essence mix it.
  7. For making frosting, cook the cream.
  8. Now add dark chocolate, chopped cadbury chocolate and vanilla essence mix it and make it cool for 30 minutes.
  9. For assembling: Make a layer of sponge on serving tray.
  10. Now paste the ready sponge mixture.
  11. Then paste cream filling, make another layer of sponge.
  12. Now paste ready mixture, for frosting and cadbury chocolate for garnish then serve.
