Ingredients For Punjabi Roasted Murghi:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Mustard oil 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice  1 tsp
  • Papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin  2 tsp

Method:

  1. Take a pan pour oil, chopped red chilies, lemon juice, chopped garam masala, chopped black pepper, ginger garlic paste, papaya paste, chopped onion, salt and cumin mix it well.
  2. Now add whole chicken leave it for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. After that place it in oven on 180 degree C for 40 minutes, cook it on low temperature.

Ingredients For Date With Custard:

  • Dates 2 cups
  • Crushed biscuits 2 cup
  • Butter  50 grams

For Filling:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Custard 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Cream cheese  1/2 cup
  • Egg 2
  • Vanilla essences 1 tsp
  • Gelatin powder 1 tbsp
  • Roasted almonds  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First put dates, biscuits chops and butter in a chopper.
  2. Now press it with hand take it out in dish keep it in fridge.
  3. For Filling: Take 1 liter milk leave it to cook.
  4. Now add sugar, add boiled custard in water.
  5. Then add egg and vanilla essence beat it well.
  6. After that add gelatin powder in water turn off the stove.
  7. Add cream cheese take it out in dish and add roasted almonds for garnish then serve.

Ingredients For Mughlai Muthi Kabab:

  • Chicken minced 1/2 kg
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Mint 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 6
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Almond powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion 1/4 kg
  • Butter 50 grams
  • Tooth picks as required
  • Oil for fry
  • Egg 1
