Ingredients for Karela Style Chicken:

• Chicken 1 kg
• Red chili powder 1 tsp
• Crushed red chili 1 tsp
• Whole black pepper 1 tsp
• Turmeric 1 tsp
• All spice powder 1/2 tsp
• Fennel powder 1 tsp
• Coriander powder 2 tsp
• Finely chopped ginger 2 tbsp

• Oil 1/2 cup
• Tamarind juice 2 tbsp

• Chicken korma style 1 kg
• Ginger garlic 2 tsp
• Red chili powder 1 tsp
• Chopped cashew nut 1/2 cup
• Milk 1 cup
• Chopped green chili 2 tbsp
• Cardamom 4
• Salt 1 tsp
• Cinnamon 1
• Chopped star anise 1/2 tsp
• Yogurt 1 cup
• Chopped tomato 2
• Ghee 1 cup
