Ingredients For Lauki Ka Halwa:
Bottle Gourd 1/2 kg
Milk 250 ml
Khoya 250 gm
Crushed cardamom 3 to 4
Kewra essence few drops
Sugar as required
Dry fruits as required
Clarified butter 1/2 cup
Method:
First wash the bottle gourd remove its skin and take out its skin grate it.
Now pour ghee in a pan add chopped cardamom make it crispy.
Then add sugar and bottle gourd roast it lightly.
Now pour milk and cook it.
After that roast it lightly. When the halwa leaves oil then add kewra essence, mix it well.
Dish out it well and garnish it with dry fruit and serve it.
Ingredients For Fried Wonton:
Wonton stripes:
White flour 2
Eggs 3
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
For Filling:
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Green onion 2 sticks
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Dark soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
Grated cabbage for garnish
Sliced tomato for garnish
Method:
Take a mixing bowl add flour.
Then add egg and salt knead it well.
Knead it hard. make itr roti and cut it into square.
Sprinkle flour and make its layer.
For filling: Take a boneless chicken cut it into pieces.
Now add chicken, garlic paste, chinese salt, dark soya sauce, chopped black pepper and salt and green onion make its paste.
Now beat the egg.
Fill the paste into strips, paste egg on its sides, and close in different styles.
Take a pan pour oil add wonton and deep fry it.
Take it out in a serving plate add grated cabbage spread it.
Decorate the tomato slices and place the wonton and serve.
Ingredients For Creme Mushroom Soup:
Prawns 300 gm
Mushrooms 1 cup
Chicken stock 1 jug
White flour 2 to 3 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Chopped garlic 2 to 3 cloves
Black pepper 1 tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Butter 4 to 5 tbsp
Cream 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green coriander for garnish
Method:
Take a pan, pour oil add garlic and chopped onions fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add prawns and capsicum keep its temperature high fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then add white pepper, chopped black pepper and salt add butter.
Then add flour fry it well. When all the ingredients are mixed well then add stock make it thick.
Add cream cook it for 1 to 2 minutes dish out.
Then add green coriander and garnish, and serve.
