Sweet Pan Cakes Ingredients: Eggs: 2 Flour: 1 cup Milk: 1 cup Yellow color: 1 pinch Sugar: 4 tbsp Kewra: 1 tbsp Rabri: 1/2 kg Method: Beat flour, eggs, milk, sugar, food color, kewra and water. Grease fry pan lightly and add 1 tbsp of the mixture, cook from both sides and make pan cakes. Cool the pancakes, add in 2 tbsp of rabri, fold them and serve. Peanuts Salad Ingredients: Onion: 1 Round red chilies: 8 - 10 Bhuni moong phali: 1 pao Salt: 1/2 tsp Method: Cut round red chilies into two and fry in 2 tbsp of oil. Fry onions lightly, add moong phali, salt and mix well. Peanuts salad is ready. Kulfay Ka Saag Daal Ingredients: Moong ki daal: 1/2 kg Garlic, 2 tbsp Turmeric: 1/2 tsp Salt: to taste Red chili powder: 1 tbsp Onions: 2 Ginger: 1 tbsp Tomatoes: 2 Rice: for serving Method: Dip moong ki daal in water for half an hour. Add garlic, turmeric, salt, red chili powder and boil till lentils turn soft. Fry sliced onions, add ginger, garlic, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, tomatoes and mix well. When its ready then add moong ki daal and let it cook. In the end give bhigaar and serve with boiled rice. Teez Aloo Ingredients: Potatoes: 1 kg Turmeric: 1/2 tsp Red chili powder: 1 1/2 tsp Kari patta: 20 Crushed Ginger: 1 tbsp Crushed Garlic: 1 tbsp Tomatoes: 3 Salt: to taste Onion: 1 Coriander leaves: 1 bunch Green chilies: 4-5 For Bhagar Chanay ki daal: 1 tsp Maash ki daal: 1 tsp Mustard: 1/2 tsp Method:
Heat oil and fry chaanay ki daal, maash ki daal and rae together till they turn golden. Now fry Onion and potatoes and add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, kari patta, crushed ginger, crushed garlic, tomatoes and water. When potatoes turn soft, add crushed coriander leaves and green chilies. Serve hot.
