Ingredients For Frozen Mocha Torte:

  • Oreo cookies crushed 2 cups
  • Butter  4 ounces

For filling:

  • Cream cheese 8 ounces
  • Condensed milk 1 can or 14 ounce
  • Chocolate syrup 1/2 cup
  • Coffee 2 tbsp
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • Gelatin 2 tbsp
  • Whipped cream 12 ounces or 2 cups

Method:

  1. First chop the oreo biscuits.
  2. Now mix it with butter and mix it and spread it on spring form pan and keep it on a side.
  3. Then for filling take a bowl add cream, cream cheese, condensed milk and chocolate syrup beat it well and make it smooth.
  4. Now saturate it add coffee and saturate it mix gelatin.
  5. After that add beaten cream, fold it and put it on crust.
  6. Now garnish it with cream and chocolate then serve.

Ingredients For Baghdadi Chanpain:

  • Mutton chops 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Brown onion grinded 2 tbsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Whole red chilies 6
  • Cashew nuts 8
  • Poppy seeds 1-1/2 tsp
  • Dessicated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Roasted gram flour 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Saffron  1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. First take a mutton chops add salt and garlic paste for marination leave it for 30 minutes.
  2. Now pour oil add whole red chilies fry it for 30 seconds.
  3. Then fry the marinated chops and cook it for 15 minutes.
  4. Now add cashew nuts, raisins, chopped coconut, chopped fried onions, chopped red chilies, garam masala and roasted gram flour cover and cook it on low temperature, so that the chops are tendered.
  5. Add saffron in end when the oil comes up.
  6. Then serve it with naan.

Ingredients For Dum Ki Murgh Biryani:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Brown onion 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2 chopped
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • White cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Black cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Dried plums 10
  • Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
  • Mace 1/4 tsp
  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 15
  • Green chilies 8 
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Kewra water 1 tbsp
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First take a pan pour oil add fried onions, ginger garlic paste, chicken boneless, salt, turmeric, chopped red chilies and chopped tomatoes for frying.
  2. Now add yogurt roast it well, until the oil starts to comes up.
  3. Then add white cumin, chopped black cumin, dry plum and water cover and simmer it.
  4. Now during assemble take a small pan add rice and put chicken mixture.
  5. Then add remaining rice, saffron, kewra and milk mixture simmer it for 15 minutes and serve it hot in handi.
