Bread Roll
Ingredients:
For Pattie's Bread:
Flour 3 cups.
Baking powder 1 tea spoon.
Sugar 1 tea spoon.
Instant yeast 1 spoon.
Salt 1 tea spoon.
Oil spoon.
Dry milk powder 2 spoon.
Egg 1.
For filling:
Chicken or goat minced meat 500 grams.
Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
Spices(Garam masala pisa hua) 1 tea spoon.
Onion (chopped) 2 spoon.
Salt 1/2 tea spoon.
Cumin seeds (grind) 1/2 tea spoon.
Ginger garlic paste 2 tea spoons.
turmeric 1/2 tea spoon.
Flour 1 spoon.
Method for bread:
Mix yeast,milk powder,baking powder,salt,egg,sugar and oil in flour(meda),mix Hot water(medium) and knead well (note:mixture shouldn't be too much soft or hard).
Set aside for prolif at hot place.
Method for filling:
Fry onion in oil until soften.
Now heat ginger garlic paste for 2 seconds add minced,salt,red chili powder,cumin seeds and 1/4 cup water and mix well Cover it with lid at low medium flame cook it until minced soften.
Add spices(garam masala pisa hua) and fry well until water drains.
Add flour in it and mix it properly,remove from stove set aside for cool.
Roll puff pastries by rolling pin ad cut into square pieces,Put minced meat at one side over patties make small cuts at another side.
Fold patties with the help of water.
Brush beaten eggs over it.
Bake patties in oven at 180C for 15 - 20 minutes.
Your bread roll patties are ready.
Chicken Jalfrezi
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 250 grams.
Onion 1.
Red chili powder 1 tea spoon.
Egg 1(scramble).
Garlic (grind) 1 spoon.
Green chilies 3.
Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon.
Ketchup 1-1/2 spoon.
Salt(as per taste).
Tomato 2.
Oil 1/3 cups.
Method:
Cut chicken,tomatoes and green chilies in long shape,onion in square shape.
Fry egg in frying pan when fried remove from pan,Add onion in oil and fry it until soften.
Fry garlic and chicken in it or fry it until chicken color changes to white.
Remove fry pan from stove add red chili powder,salt and black pepper and mix them properly.
Put fry pan again on stove and heat for 2 minutes at medium flame.
Add tomatoes,green chilies and fried egg after two minutes and fry it for 1 minute more,Add 1/4 cup water in it and cook it until tomatoes mix.
Add Add ketchup in it and Sprinkle Green coriander leaves over it.
Serve in plate.
Gajar Ka Halwa
Grated Carrots 2 kg.
Milk 1-1/2 kg.
Ghee 1 cup.
Small Cardamom 10-12.
Sugar 1-1/4 cup.
Khoa(Khoya) 1 cup.
Saffron 1/2 tea spoon.
almonds slices 2 spoons.
Pistachio slices 2 spoons.
Method:
Clean and grated 2 kg carrot first,Cook carrot in 1-1/2 kg milk.
When milk drain half add 1-1/4 cup sugar and cook it until water drains.
Now heat 1 cup ghee add 10-12 small cardamom in it
Add carrot mixture in ghee and fry it well for 20 minutes.
Add 1 cup khoa,1/2 tea spoon saffron,2 spoon almond slices and 2 spoon pistachio slices.
Simmer it for 10 minutes.
Your tasty gajar ka halwa is ready.
Serve in plate or bowl.
Minty Cooler
Ingredients:
Ice 1 cup.
Lemon juice 2 spoon.
Water 1/4 cup.
Mint 1/4 cup.
Soda water or 7up drink 1 spoon.
Ginger(chopped) 1 spoon.
Sugar 2 spoon.
Lemon 2 (cut into slices).
Method:
pour sugar in water and mix it properly.
Add all the above ingredients in blender and blend them properly.
Put into glasses and garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices.
