Ingredients For Orange Mousse Cake:

For Sponge Cake:

  • Eggs 2
  • Sugar 2 ounce
  • Flour 2 ounce
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Keno slices 2 cups

For Filling:

  • Eggs 3
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Gelatin powder 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 5 ounces
  • Fresh cream whipped 1 1/2 cup
  • Keno chopped 1/2 cup
  • Orange color few drops

Method:

  1. For making sponge cake, add egg, sugar, flour, baking powder, vanilla essence, keno slices and bake it, keep it on a side.
  2. For filling take a saucepan pour milk, egg yolk and sugar cook it till becomes thick.
  3. Now make it cool, add few drops of orange color and keno.
  4. Add gelatin powder.
  5. Take a bowl add egg white and sugar beat it well.
  6. Then add ready mixture, beaten fresh cream fold it.
  7. Now put it in bake sponge make it cool for 2 hours.
  8. Then add beaten keno and beaten cream for garnish then serve.

Ingredients For Sesame Chicken Bites With Minty Dip:

  • Boneless chicken cubes 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 2 tbsp

For Mint dip:

  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 2
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. For making minty dip put yogurt into cloth.
  2. Now beat it well. Then add green coriander, mint and garlic paste make its paste.
  3. Now add yogurt without water, salt and roasted and chopped cumin mix it well and serve it with chicken bites.
  4. For chicken bites take boneless chicken cubes, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, chopped red chilies, chopped black pepper, salt, baking powder, lemon juice, egg, corn flour and yogurt for marination.
  5. Now roll the chicken pieces into sesame seeds, keep it for 1 hour in refrigerator.
  6. Then deep fry it and serve.

Ingredients For Dhuwan Dar Biryani:

  • Mince 1/2 kg boiled
  • Onion chopped 1 1/2 cup
  • Rice 750 gm boiled
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Whole spice mixed  1 cup
  • Tomatoes 2 slices
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 8 grinded
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Zarda color 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Mint 1/2 bunch
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
