Ingredients For Chocolate Raisins Oat Cookies:
Butter 5 ounce
Granulated sugar 100 gm
Brown sugar 100 gm
Egg 1
Raisins 3 tbsp
Chocolate chips 4 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Oats 1-1/2 cup
Flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Walnuts 1/2 cup
Method:
Heat the oven upto 180 degree C.
Now add butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla essence beat it well.
Then add oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Now add raisins, chocolate chips and walnut, fold it well.
Then Spread it on cooking sheet for 15 minutes and bake it.
Ingredients For Smoked Keema:
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Oil 1/4 cup
Onion 1 grinded
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Green cardamom grinded 1/2 tsp
Kabab cheeni grinded 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Nutmeg grinded 1/4 tsp
Mace grinded 1/4 tsp
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts 10
Kewra water 1 tsp
Onion and mint leaves for garnish
Method:
First pour oil add chopped onions fry it for 5 minutes, until the light turns to golden brown.
Now add ginger garlic paste, remove it from stove then remove it from stove.
Then add beef mince, yogurt, chopped green cardamom, chopped kabab chini , chopped red chilies, chopped nutmeg, chopped mace and raisins for marinating it for 1 hour.
After that take a pan give it steam of coals.
Now cover and cook it for 20 minutes, until it becomes ready.
Then sprinkle kewra.
Add onions and mint leaves for garnish and serve it with paratha.
Ingredients For Fettuccine Alfredo:
Boneless chicken 300 gm
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Fettuccine pasta boiled 3 cup
Alfredo Sauce:
Butter 2 ounce
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Cream 200 gm
Cream cheese 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Mushrooms 6 sliced
Olives 4 sliced
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
Method:
First add chicken boneless add garlic paste, chopped black pepper, paprika, soya sauce, teriyaki sauce and salt for marination saute it for 10 minutes.
Now add Fettuccini pasta boil and keep it on a side.
For alfredo sauce, take a pan add butter heat it add garlic powder, cream cheese, salt, black pepper and chicken powder cook it till the sauce becomes thick.
Now add boiled fettuccini pasta, mushroom slices and olives slices mix it well.
Then sprinkle parmesan cheese then serve.
