Urad Daal Gosht

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 750 grams.
  • Black split grams(urad ki daal) (whole) 2 cups.
  • Onion 1 cup.
  • Oil 1 cup.
  • Coriander (grind) 1 tea spoon.
  • Cumin seed 1 tea spoon.
  • Spices(pisa hua garam masala) 1 tea spoon.
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon.
  • Red chilies 1 spoon.
  • Garlic 1 spoon.
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon.
  • ginger 2 spoon.
  • Khatai(whole) 4-5 pieces.
  • Salt (as per taste).
  • Green chilies (chopped) 5-6.
  • Green chilies (whole) 6-8.

Method:

  1. Hot 3/4 cup oil in pan fry onion in it until brown.
  2. Mix Red chili powder,coriander(grind),Turmeric powder,salt,ginger garlic paste in 1/4 cup of water and make a paste of it.
  3. Add the paste in fried onion and cook it 4-5 minutes.
  4. Boil black grams with with ginger(chopped) and green chilies.
  5. Add in mutton and cook it for 6-8 minutes when boil.
  6. Add cumin seed(grilled and chopped),Spices(pisua hua garam masala) and khatai (whole) in the end,Cook for 5 minutes more.
  7. Pour 1/4 cup oil in frying pan  Add green chilies and (chopped) garlic and fry it for few minutes.
  8. Add this mixtures over black gram and serve it.

Baked French Toast

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices 6.
  • Vanilla extract 1 tea spoon.
  • Food color(yellow) 1 pinch.
  • Eggs 3 .
  • Sugar 1/2 cups.
  • Crumbs 1 cup.
  • Milk 250 ML.
  • Butter 4 ounce.

Method:

  1. Cut the sides of bread and Cut slices into triangular shape.
  2. Mix eggs,milk,sugar,yellow color and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  3. Dip the slices in this mixture and roll in crumbs.
  4. Do same for all slices and put on oven tray.
  5. Add melted butter over the slices.
  6. Bake it at 180C in oven for 10 minutes.

Anaar Souffle

Ingredients:

  • pomegranate 1 kg.
  • Eggs 2.
  • Caster sugar 1/2 cup.
  • Jaleton 1 spoon.
  • Strawberry jelly 1 packet.
  • Fresh cream 300 grams.

Method:

  1. Make a juice of pomegranate first.
  2. Add egg yolks and sugar in juice and make a custard of it.
  3. Beat the egg's white by beater.
  4. Add sugar when stick completed.
  5. Add beaten cream in pomegranate mixture.
  6. Fold by egg's white.
  7. Garnish with strawberry jelly,Cream and pomegranate seed and serve it.
