Ingredients For Pineapple Custard Cream:

  • Fresh Milk 1 liter
  • Pineapple cubes 1 tin
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Vanilla custard 4 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Chopped walnuts 1 cup

Method:

  1. Take a pan pour milk and sugar cook it nicely.
  2. When the sugar is saturated then pour milk, vanilla custard mix it in milk.
  3. Stir it with wooden stick.
  4. Then make it cool, peel the half of the bowl and walnuts and pineapple cubes.
  5. After that take a bowl add fresh cream beat it well.
  6. Add pineapple cubes and remaining peeled and chopped and thin walnuts serve it cold.

Ingredients For Chicken Karelay:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Bitter gourd 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 3-4
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Jaggery  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add yogurt, salt, ginger garlic paste, chopped red chilies and white cumin mix it well and paste the mixture on chicken leave it for 1 hour.
  2. Now peel the skin of potatoes, cut it from center and take out its seeds, make its small pieces.
  3. Then add turmeric, tamarind juice and jaggery leave it for 10 minutes.
  4. Now pour oil in a pan keep its temperature low  for 2 to 3 minutes, make its onions golden brown fry and take it out.
  5. Then wash the bitter gourd for 2 to 3 times and fry it in same oil.
  6. After that  put the marinated chicken in oil and add onions cover and let it cook on low temperature.
  7. When the chicken is tendered then roast it on low temperature, along chopped tomatoes cover and let it cook.
  8. When the tomatoes are tendered then roast it lightly, add green coriander simmer it for 5 minutes and cover it.

Ingredients For Desi Achari Keema Noodles:

  • Noodles 1/2 packet
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Lemon 3
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Green chilies 6
  • Red chilies 8 
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Cumin seed 1 tsp
  • Nigella seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First add whole coriander and white cumin.
  2. Now take a pan pour water add noodles and pour oil.
  3. When noodles are tendered well then change its water, wash it.
  4. Then take a pan pour oil add ginger garlic paste roast it well and add chopped tomatoes.
  5. When the tomatoes dries its water then add mince, turmeric and salt.
  6. When the mince dry its water add whole red chilies, kalonji and chopped green chilies.
