Ingredients For Chicken & Potato Bake:
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Black pepper 1 tsp
Red chili 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
For Making Baked Potato:
Potato 1/2 kg
Sweet corn flour 1 cup
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Cream 1 cup
Chili garlic sauce 1 cup
Fresh bread crumbs 1 cup
Chopped spring onion 2
Butter 50 gm
Method:
First take a chicken cubes and chopped black pepper, salt, red chilies, garlic paste and pour oil.
Now cover it for 10 minutes and fry it. When it is tendered then turn off the stove.
For making baked potato put butter on chicken, potato and sweet corns mix them and turn off the stove.
Now put the ready potato chicken and sweet corn on its top, in oven proof dish.
Then add chili garlic sauce, cream and cheddar cheese.
After that put fresh cream, sprinkle bread crumb bake it on 180 degree C for 15 to 20 minutes.
Sprinkle green onion then serve.
Ingredients For Club Kabab:
Chicken breast piece 1/2 kg
Bread slices 6
Cucumber 1
Tomato 1
Lettuce leaf as required
Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Mustard paste 2 tsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
First add chicken breast make it thin.
Now add chopped black pepper, mustard paste, chili sauce and garlic paste leave it for half an hour.
Then pour oil in a grill pan, grease it, grill the chicken.
Then take a bread slice, put tomato ketchup, take another slice paste mayonnaise on it.
After that put chicken, cucumber, salad leaves and tomato place another slice on its top then cut it.
Ingredients For Colada Cooler Punch:
Lemon juice 1/2 cup
Grape fruit juice 1 glass
Soda water 1 bottle
Ice 1 cup
Brown sugar 4 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Coconut milk 1 tin
Method:
Take a blender add lemon juice, grape juice, soda water, ice, brown sugar, salt and coconut milk blend it.
Colada Cooler punch is ready.
