Ingredients For BBQ Chicken on A Stick:
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Shashlik sticks 6
Capsicum 2
Tamarind juice 4 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
White egg yolk 1
Oil 4 tbsp
BBQ sauce 2 tbsp
Method:
First take a boneless chicken, tamarind juice, chopped red chilies, chopped garam masala, lemon juice, chili sauce, salt, oil and bbq sauce mix it well.
Now add capsicum mix it well and put it into shashlik stick.
Beat the egg white, when the bubbles appears then coat the chicken.
Then place it into oven proof dish bake it on 200 degree C for 20 minutes.
Ingredients For Honey Chili Potato Roast:
Potato 3
Onion 1
Tomato 4
Capsicum 2
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Green chili 6
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Honey 4 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Spring onion 4
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
First peel the skin of potatoes, cut and fry it in hot oil.
When the oil becomes hot then add chopped garlic for frying.
When it starts to smell then add tomatoes, green chilies, onion, chopped red chilies and salt.
Then add tomatoes, capsicum, brown sugar, soya sauce and honey mix it well.
After that pour yogurt, chopped ginger and green coriander simmer it for 10 minutes.
Turn off the stove then add green onion.
Honey chili potato roast it ready.
