Fry Kabab, Doodh Roti, Mewa Sharbat And Sheermal by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients For Fry Kabab:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs 2-3 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed coriander 2 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 5 to 6
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion tomato for garnish

Method:

  1. Take a mixing bowl add beef mince, bread crumbs, ginger garlic paste, salt, chopped coriander, chopped cumin, chopped black pepper, chopped garam masala, chopped green chilies and chopped red chilies.
  2. Then add egg make ready kababs.
  3. Take a pan pour oil shallow fry it and take it out in serving platter.
  4. Serve the onions and tomato for garnish.

Ingredients For Sheermal:

  • White flour 1/2 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Yeast 1 sachet
  • Clarified butter 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First pour water, yeast and sugar mix it well and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
  2. When the yeast rises then take a mixing bowl, then add flour, beaten egg and ghee and salt mix it well and knead it.
  3. Now cover it in plastic, place it in hot place.
  4. Then take it out and make its portions and knead it.
  5. Now make hole with fork, after that place it in oven for 15 to 18 minutes on 200 degree C bake it well.
  6. Brush it with ghee.
  7. Sheermal is ready.

Ingredients For Doodh Roti:

  • Left over chapatti 3 to 4
  • Milk 1kg
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped pistachio 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 250 gm
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Kewra essence  few drops
  • Silver paper for garnish

Ingredients For Mewa Sharbaat:

  • Milk 250 ml
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Dry fruit 1/2 cup
  • Red syrup as required
  • Ice as required
  • Condense milk  2 to 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. First take red sharbat, sugar mix it well.
  2. Now pour milk, condensed milk and dry fruits mix.
  3. Add ice and make it cool then serve.
