Nauratan Sharbat, Shola, Roat And Chicken Anda Chana by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients For Roat:

  • Butter 4 ounce
  • Caster Sugar 4 ounce
  • Granulated sugar 4 ounce
  • Milk 3 tbsp
  • Powder milk 2 tbsp
  • Flour  4 ounce
  • Sooji 4 ounce
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Egg  for brushing
  • Poppy & annie seeds for sprinkling

Method:

  1. First Take a butter, add caster sugar and sugar beat it for 5 minutes, until it is mixed well make it fluffy.
  2. Noe pour fresh cream and dry milk beat it well.
  3. Then add flour and baking powder fold it.
  4. Now add semolina mix it and make dough.
  5. Now add flour bake it for 30 minutes, keep it in fridge
  6. Then spread the flour on counter roll out the dough.
  7. Now cut it with help of cutter.
  8. Then add egg and milk mixture sprinkle raisins and fennel.
  9. Bake it on 180 degree C for 20 minutes.

Ingredients For Shola:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Mutton mince 1/2 kg
  • Mong daal with husk 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Chopped spinach 2 cup
  • Dill chopped 2 tbsp
  • Onion sliced 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
  • Chili powder 3 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • All spice powder  1/2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2 chopped
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Oil  1 cup

Ingredients For Chicken Anda Chana:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg 10 pieces
  • Chic piece soaked 2 cup
  • Oil 2 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Allspice 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chopperized tomatoes 2
  • Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin roasted 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Ginger sliced 2 tbsp
  • Cloves 6
  • Brown onion 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 6
  • Green cardamom 4

Method:

  1. First pour oil add cloves, black pepper, green cardamom, turmeric, garam masala, chopped red chilies, salt, roasted and chopped cumin, chopped coriander and ginger garlic paste for frying.
  2. Now add chopped tomatoes fry it and add chicken cover and cook it till the chicken tender.
  3. Now add yogurt and fried onions, add boiled chickpeas cover and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add green chilies, garam masala and boiled egg.
  5. Then add ginger garlic slice and green coriander for garnish then serve it with naan.

Ingredients For Nauratan Sharbat:

  • Milk 1 kg
  • Tuk malinga 1 tbsp
  • Red jell-o 1/2 packet
  • Green jell-o 1/2 packet
  • Evaporated milk 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Almond chopped 3 tbsp
  • Pistachio chopped 3 tbsp
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp
  • Colored vermicelli 1/2 cup boiled
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Arq-e-gulab 1 tbsp
  • Crushed ice 1 cup

Method:

  1. First add red jelly and green jelly in separate bowl mix it into water.
  2. Now add tuk malinga in water.
  3. Now blend the ice cream, evaporated milk and condensed milk for 30 second.
  4. Now pour milk add chopped pistachio and chopped almonds.
  5. Cut jelly into cubes add boiled vermicelli serve it cool.
