Ingredients For Kentucky Butter Cake:

  • Flour 3 cup
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Milk  1 cup
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Butter 8 ounces
  • Vanilla essence 2 tsp
  • Eggs  4

For Caramel Sauce:

  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Butter 3 ounces
  • Water 3 tbsp
  • Condensed milk 4 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence  1 tsp


Ingredients For Masalay Dar Sokha Mutton:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Onion 3
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Garlic chopped 3 tbsp
  • Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Allspice  1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander 2 tbsp


Ingredients For Indian Shrimps Curry:

  • Cleaned Shrimps 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

For Baghar:

  • Curry leaves 20
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds  1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. First pour oil add curry leaves, mustard seeds and fenugreek leaves, chopped onions make them fry till they turn to light golden.
  2. Now add tomatoes, chopped red chilies, salt, turmeric, cumin, coriander, vinegar, yogurt and ginger garlic paste for frying.
  3. Then add washed shrimps cover and let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Add green coriander and green chilies for garnish then serve.

  • Tried Indian shrimp curry with prawns.I used 1 tomato and 1 Tbsp tomato paste instaed of 2 tomatoes. Its an EXCELLENT recipe, plz try it.I never use methi dana in baghar its bitter taste spoils dishes.
