Ingredient For Makhni Chicken Handi:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Onion paste 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Lemon 3
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil  1 cup

Method:

  1. Take handi pour oil add chopped onions, make it brown.
  2. Now add chicken boneless, turmeric, salt and ginger garlic paste, dry its water.
  3. Then add tomatoes, chopped red chilies and garam masala, roast it well add chopped black pepper, roasted and chopped cumin and lemon juice roast it for 5 minutes simmer it.
  4. After 5 minutes add chopped black pepper and chopped green chilies and green coriander and serve it hot.

Ingredients For Special Bun Kabab:

  • Gram lentil 1 cup
  • Potatoes 2
  • Red pepper 8-10
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Garlic  3-4 cloves
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Medium onion 1
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Raw mango powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Beaten eggs 2
  • Burger buns 4
  • Onion sliced  2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. First wash the chickpea keep it in water.
  2. Boil the chickpea, red chilies, cumin, garlic cloves, ginger, onion and salt.
  3. Now add boiled and mashed potatoes.
  4. Now add salt, raw mango, chat masala and garam masala mix it well and make kabab with hands.
  5. Dip the ready kabab into egg and fry it in hot oil , until it turns to golden brown.
  6. Now take another pan fry the burger bun.
  7. Then put chutney on bun, put onions.
  8. After that put kabab, cover it with another kabab serve it hot.

Ingredients For Special Chutney:

  • Mint leaves 1 cup
  • Green coriander 1 cup
  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup

Method:

  1. First blend the mint leaves, green coriander, tamarind paste, salt, green chilies, sugar and chaat masala, blend it for 3 to 4 minutes, until all ingredients are mixed well.
  2. Now add beaten yogurt add chatni and salt mix it.
