Dahi Aur Bhindi Ki Sabzi, Paneer Kabab And Tikka Karahi by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients For Paneer Kabab:

  • Cottage cheese 1 packet
  • Bread slices 6
  • Bread crumbs packet
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Chicken stock cube 1
  • Chopped almonds 15
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 4 cloves
  • Ginger 1/2 tbsp
  • Green onion 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Beaten eggs 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil  to deep fry

Method:

  1. First grate the cottage cheese.
  2. Now add bread slices, cut and put it into blender, make bread crumbs.
  3. Then mix the bread crumbs and cottage cheese, add gram flour, chicken stick cubes, chopped almonds, chopped black pepper, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green onion, chopped green chilies, chopped green coriander and salt.
  4. Now keep it on a side and leave it to set.
  5. Then make small kababs and dip it into beaten eggs, deep fry it in hot oil, shallow fry it in hot oil, until it becomes golden brown.
  6. After that put it on kitchen paper, so that oil absorbs, sprinkle flour and serve it hot with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients For Tikka Karahi:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies  10
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Lemon 2
  • Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken Tikka masala 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add chicken boneless add chicken tikka masala, ginger garlic paste and salt mix it well.
  2. Now take a frying pan, fry the marinated chicken, dry its water.
  3. Now take a pan add tikka boti, chopped ginger, chopped green chilies, chopped black pepper and pour oil roast it lightly.
  4. Then add lemon juice.
  5. Serve it with hot naan.

Ingredients For Dahi Aur Bhindi Ki Sabzi:

  • Lady fingers 1/2 kg
  • Mustard powder 2 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves  few
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Mustard oil 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First wash the ladyfinger and give it cuts.
  2. Take a bowl add gram flour, egg, salt and yogurt mix them.
  3. Now add fennel, white cumin and whole coriander. roast it lightly and remove it from stove.
  4. Then add chopped red chilies, chopped mustard seeds, lemon juice and salt.
  5. After filling ladyfinger dip it into ladyfinger and deep fry it.
  6. Now pour oil add fenugreek seeds.
  7. When it starts to smell fry the ladyfinger and add yogurt.
  8. After that add curry leaves, simmer it in yogurt.
  9. Sprinkle green chilies and salt then serve.
