Ingredients For White Chocolate Chips Cookie:

  • Butter 5 ounces
  • Brown sugar 5 ounces
  • Egg 1
  • Self raising flour 7 ounces
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • White chocolate chips 3/4 cup
  • Walnuts  1/2 cup crushed

Method:

  1. First beat the butter, add brown sugar, beat it till becomes light and fluffy.
  2. Now add salt and egg beat it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Then add self rising flour beat it for 1 minute.
  4. Now add white chocolate chips and fold it.
  5. Then spread the cookies on butter paper with help of scoops, bake it for 15 minutes.

Ingredients For Chicken Khoya Handi:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg boneless
  • Butter 14 ounces
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 4 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander coarsely crushed 1 tsp
  • Black cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut milk powder 2 tbsp
  • Khoya 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Kasori methi 1 tsp
  • Almonds 10 grinded

Method:

  1. Take a pan add butter, boiled and chopped onions fry it for 10 minutes.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, chicken boneless, chicken cubes fry it for 10 minutes.
  3. Then add salt, chopped red chilies, turmeric, chopped coriander, black pepper, black cumin, coconut milk powder, khoya, chopped almonds and cream cover and let it cook.
  4. Add kasoori methi serve it with naan.
  5. Add green coriander and green chilies for garnishing.

Ingredients For Mini Chapli Kabab:

  • Allspice  1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Wheat flour 2 tbsp
  • Onion 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies  3
  • Mint leaves 8 to 10 chopped
  • Eggs 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Mini burger Buns 1 dozens
  • Khati methi imli Chatni 1/2 cup
  • Cucumber 1
  • Salad leaves  as required

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add mince, salt, ginger garlic paste, roasted and chopped white cumin, chopped pomegranate, chopped red chilies, garam masala, roasted and chopped coriander, flour, chopped onion, chopped green coriander, chopped green chilies, mint leaves, egg and small tomatoes knead it well.
  2. Now make kabab shallow fry it.
  3. Then cut the mini burger, heat it.
  4. After that add salad leaves, mini chapli, put kabab and chatni.
  5. Put cucumber slices.
  6. Then cover it with another burger bun serve it immediately.
