Ingredients For Spicy Keema With Fries:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Lemons 4
  • Potatoes 4
  • Green chilies 6
  • Whole red chilies 8
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take a pan add mince, with ginger garlic paste, salt and turmeric.
  2. When the mince water dries then pour oil, green chilies, whole red chilies and lemon juice roast it lightly, then remove it from stove.
  3. Then take a pan pour oil add potatoes, make them golden brown.
  4. After that heat the mince take it out in a dish and put chips.
  5. Along chopped green coriander and hot parathas serve it with simple rice.


Ingredients For Coffee Walnut Cream:

  • Biscuits 1 packet
  • Fresh cream 2-3 packets
  • Coffee 1 tbsp
  • Fresh milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Chocolate chips 1 packet
  • Chopped walnuts 1 cup
  • Corn flour  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Take a small pan pour fresh milk, sugar and corn flour make custard.
  2. When it becomes thick then remove it from stove add coffee.
  3. Now take a wide dish add corn flour, add custard, put biscuits crush.
  4. Then put custard.
  5. After that put peeled almonds.
  6. Add fresh cream with sugar beat it well add chocolate chips.
  7. Then add walnut, make it cool then serve.
