Ingredients For Stone Chicken:

  • Whole chicken 1
  • Half boiled rice 1 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic powder 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4-5 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 4-5 tbsp
  • Raisin 1/2 cup
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon 2 to 3
  • Bay leaves 2 to 3
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  to taste

For Dough:

  • Flour  1 kg
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients For Spaghetti And Spinach Frittata:

  • Boiled spaghetti 1/2 packet
  • Chopped spinach 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped tomato 2
  • Eggs 3-4
  • Parsley/ coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste  

Ingredients For Macaroni Cutlets:

  • Boiled potato 1/2 kg
  • Boiled macaroni 1/2 packet
  • Boiled chicken  250 gm
  • Eggs 3 to 4
  • Black pepper 1tbsp
  • White pepper 1 tbsp
  • Green onion 1/2 bunch
  • Bread crumbs 2 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
