Ingredients For Moong ki Daal ka Halwa:

  • Yellow lentil 1 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Green cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Saffron essence  few drops
  • Raisin 2 tbsp
  • Almonds 2 tbsp

Ingredients For Batair Shorba:

  • Quails 6
  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Small onion 1
  • Medium tomato 1
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Tara garam masala 2 tsp
  • Green coriander 2- 3 tbsp
  • Whole cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon 1 piece
  • Black peppercorn 6-8
  • Cloves  2

Ingredients For Onion & Lemon Pickle:

  • Baby onions 10- 12
  • Medium sized lemon 6
  • Mustard seed 2 tsp
  • Fennel seed 1 tsp
  • Whole red chilies 8- 10
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Onion seed 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek Seed 1 tsp
  • Salt  3 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1/4 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Garlic  5-6
