Ingredients For Mrs. Field Cheese Cake Brownie Cups:

For Cheese Cake Mixture:

  • Softened butter 3 ounces
  • Cream cheese 6 ounces
  • Caster sugar 1/3 cup
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

For Brownie:

  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Flour 1 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Cocoa powder 6 tbsp
  • Eggs 4 beaten
  • Oil 3/4 cup
  • Vanilla 1 tsp

Method:

  1. For Making cheese cake: Take a bowl add butter, cream cheese, caster sugar, flour, and vanilla essence mix it well and beat it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. For making brownie: Take a bowl, add sugar, flour, salt, coco powder, beaten egg, oil and vanilla essence, mix it well for 3 minutes, keep half mixture for topping cream cheese.
  3. Then take cup cake lines fill it with mixture.
  4. Then add cream cheese mixture, then add brownie batter bake it for 180 degree C for 20 minutes.

Ingredients For Daal Amrit Sari:

  • Black mash ki daal whole 250 gm
  • Chana ki daal 1/2 cup
  • Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Water 4 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 1/2 tsp

For Bhagar:

  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion 3 tbsp
  • Ginger chopped 1 tsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 15

Method:

  1. First add whole black mash ki daal and chickpea and chana daal leave it for 2 hours.
  2. Now pour water boil it and add chopped ginger, chopped garlic salt and chopped red chilies, cover and let it cook, until it is tendered well.
  3. Then remove it from stove and give it baghar.
  4. For baghar pour ghee add chopped onions, chopped ginger garlic, chopped tomatoes, fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Now add green chilies on daal, then add green coriander and mint leaves for garnish then serve.

Ingredients For Chui Mui Kay Koftay:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Water 1 cup
  • Coriander seeds 2 tsp
  • Onion 1 sliced
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Coriander and green chilies as required

Method:

  1. For making kofta, take a pan add mince, water, chopped onion, chopped coriander, salt and chopped red chilies cover and let it cook, until the mince is tendered well then dry its water, take it out.
  2. Then add yogurt, fried onions, bread slices and garam masala chop it well and mix.
  3. Now make koftas for frying then take it on a side.
  4. For gravy pour oil add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste fry it for 10 minutes.
  5. Then add chopped coriander, salt, chopped red chilies and garam masala, yogurt and peeled and chopped almonds fry it well.
  6. Now pour water let it cook, until it becomes thick.
  7. Add koftas and Simmer it for 5 minutes, add green coriander and green chilies for garnish then serve.

Ingredients For White Chocolate Mocha Drink:

  • Sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Evaporated milk 1 cup
  • Vanilla 1/2 tsp
  • Instant espresso 1 tbsp
  • White chocolate, chips 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First pour milk, white chocolate chips, evaporated milk and condensed milk cook it for 5 minutes, until the chocolate chips are saturated.
  2. Now take it out add instant espresso coffee and vanilla essence blend it well.
  3. Then sprinkle coffee then serve it immediately.
