Ingredients For Nutella Cookies:

  • Nutella 1 cup
  • Plain flour 1 cup
  • Egg  1
  • Nutella refrigerated 1 jar

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree F and line 2 trays with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the nutella and the egg.
  3. Add the flour and stir until incorporated.
  4. The mixture will be quite thick.
  5. Roll a small teaspoon of dough into a ball and flatten in your palm.
  6. Place on the lined baking tray.
  7. Put a teaspoon of cold nutella in the center of the cookie.
  8. Roll a second small teaspoon of dough into a ball and flatten in your palm.
  9. Place it over the nutella and press the edges of the two cookies together.
  10. Repeat the process until all the cookie dough has been used bake for 6-8 minutes and serve.

Ingredients For Nutella Hot Chocolate:

  • Nutella 2 tbsp
  • Milk  1 cup
  • Marshmallows  as required

Method:

  1. In a saucepan, pour about 1/4 cup of the milk and 2 spoonfuls of nutella.
  2. Put the stove on medium low heat.
  3. Whisk the milk and nutella together in the saucepan until its blended.
  4. Slowly pour the rest of the milk into the saucepan.
  5. Stir until it becomes hot & frothy.
  6. Turn off the stove.
  7. Carefully pour the mixture into a cup or mug.
  8. Add marshmallows as you please.
