Ingredients For Murgh Anda Shorba:

  • Whole murgh 1
  • Boiled egg 4
  • Water 3 glasses
  • Fried onion 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Green chili 6
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Small cardamoms 4
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder  1 tsp
  • Green coriander as required
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Plum  50 grams

Method:

  1. First add fried onions, tomatoes, ginger garlic, salt, turmeric, green chilies, cumin and yogurt chop it well.
  2. Now take a clay pot, pour oil add small cardamom, whole black pepper and chopped masala roast it well.
  3. Then pour water, when the water boils then add whole chicken and plum, paste flour on its side, cook it for half an hour.
  4. After that add boiled eggs, chopped garam masala and green coriander turn off the stove.
  5. Murgh anda Shorba is ready.


Ingredients For Italian Winter Soup:

  • Boiled wheat 1 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Green chili 1
  • Bay leaves  1
  • Garlic cloves 2
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Carrot 1
  • Stock 5 cups
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander as required
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Tomato juice 1

Method:

  1. First pour oil in a pan add garlic cloves.
  2. Now add carrot, boiled wheat, salt, curry leaves, turmeric, cumin and tomatoes roast it well.
  3. Then add stock, let it cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Then add black pepper and green chilies turn off the stove.
  5. Add green coriander and lemon juice then serve.
