Ingredients For Yakhni Main Mash Ki Daal:
White lentil 1 cup
Mint leaves chopped 1 bunch
Oil 1 cup
Onion chopped 2
Green chilies chopped 3
Turmeric 1 tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Stock:
Water 3 cups
Ginger 1 piece
Garlic 1 bunch
Whole black pepper 4
Salt a pinch
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Whole coriander 1 tbsp
Method:
First add white lentil wash it with warm water and keep it in water.
Now for chicken stew add whole coriander, ginger, garlic, whole black pepper and salt boil it and filter.
Take a pan pour oil add chopped onions make it golden brown.
Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, add chopped red chilies and chopped garam masala roast it lightly, add white lentils.
Now roast it lightly again, add ready stew with salt and cover it.
When lentil water dries then add chopped mint, chopped green chilies, chopped ginger.
Then add butter simmer it well.
Add mint, green chilies, chopped ginger, onion and serve it hot with chapatti.
Ingredients For Stuffed Tinday:
Medium round gourd 8
Chopped onion 3
Chopped green chilies 4
Lemons 2
Nigella seeds 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Crushed fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
Crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Crushed fenugreek seeds 6
Oil to taste
Salt 1 cup
Method:
First peel the skin of tinday, now cut it from its top then make it separate.
Put chopped piece.
Then give steam to gourd, dry its water.
Now take a pan, pour oil add chopped onions.
When onions becomes soft then remove it from stove.
Then add kalonji, coriander, chopped red chilies, chopped fennel, chopped cumin, turmeric, chopped fenugreek seeds and salt roast it well.
Now add lemon juice.
Then fill the tinday with mixture, cover and close it with toothpick.
Take a pan pour oil add tinday fry it on low temperature, add remaining masala in oil roast it, take it out in a dish garnish it with green coriander then serve.
Ingredients For Chicken Lacha:
Chicken breast pieces 4
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Tandoori Masala 1 tbsp
Chopped green chilies 4
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
White vinegar 1/2 cup
Lemons 3
Salt to taste
Chopped onion 2
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
Oil as required
Method:
First add chicken breast add ginger garlic paste, salt and white vinegar.
Now take a frying pan add chicken pieces, dry its water make it cool, then separate the chicken.
After that take a bowl put lemon juice, tandori masala, chopped black pepper and chopped red chilies with chicken.
Now take a pan pour oil add chopped onions make them golden brown roast it lightly.
Add lemon juice, chopped ginger, green coriander, chopped green chilies and fried onions for serving.
Along naan.
