                                GAJJAR KA HALWA
INGREDIENTS:

Carrrot                                     1 kg (3 times washed)
Milk                                         half liter
Cardamom powder                  half teaspoon
Sugar                                        2 Cups
Solid Milk                                250 mg
Pistachio and almomd             As required
Silver paper                             For garnishing
GHEE                                      1 Cup

Method:
            Boil carrots in milk. When milk starts to boil add sugar in it. Now add one cup of ghee in carrots and cook it well until ghee gets separated. Now add cardamom powder and solid milk in and cook until all things become together. At the end add pistachio and almond and again cook it well.
Dish-out in a bowl,decorate silver paper,pistachio and alomonds.
Delicious winter treat is ready to serve.
