Ingredients For Sindhi Biryani:
Basmati rice 3 cups
Chicken 1 kg
Yogurt 1 cup
Oil 1 cup
Lemons 2
Onion 3
Potatoes 4
Tomatoes 4
Green chilies 4
Mint leaves few
Yellow food color as required
Milk 1/4 cup
Dry plums 250 gm
Red chili powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Take a bowl add mutton, chopped coriander, chopped red chilies, ginger garlic paste, salt, chopped garam masala and yogurt.
Now pour oil in a pan add chopped onions make it brown and spread it on paper, crush it with hand, sprinkle salt.
When it onions cool down then crush and mix it with mutton.
Then cook it on low temperature, and tender roast it well.
Now add plum, mix it.
Along tomato pieces, fry it lightly.
Then add potato chips fry it.
After that add plum, potato chips, tomato, green chilies and lemon juice, keep its temperature low.
Now take a pan add salt, mint leaves, green chilies, white vinegar boiled basmati rice boil it 2/4th take out the water.
Then add rice, pour oil in a pan make half layer.
Then add ready mutton, make another layer of rice.
After that add remaining onion put on its top, simmer it on low temperature.
After 5 minutes cook it on low temperature.
While serving mix it properly.
Then pour milk add pinch of yellow color.
Add raita, tomatoes and onion make raita then serve.
Ingredients For Shakarkandi Ki Kheer:
Boiled sweet potatoes 1/2 kg
Milk 1 liter
Small cardamom 8
Condensed milk 1 tin
Chopped almonds 10
Chopped pistachio 20
Sugar 1 1/2 cup
Rice flour 3 tbsp
Method:
First peel the skin of sweet potato.
Now pour milk, cardamom let it cook.
When the milk becomes thick then add sweet potatoes.
Then add rice flour, cool milk mix it and make kheer.
When it becomes thick then take it out in a bowl.
After that put condensed milk, pistachio and almond in fridge.
Sweet potato kheer is ready to eat.
Ingredients For Tawa Paneer Qeema:
Mince 1/2 kg
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Onion 2
Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Lemon 2
Cottage cheese 2 packet
Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Green chilies 4
Cooking oil 1 cup
Method:
Take a pan add mince, salt, ginger garlic paste and turmeric let it cook.
When water dries then add chopped red chilies, chopped green chilies and cooking oil roast it lightly.
Then add cottage cheese make cubes, fry it lightly put it on mince.
Along chopped black pepper, lemon juice, chopped green coriander and chopped mint roast it light.
Take it out in dish, add chopped ginger garlic, mint, green coriander, green chilies, fried onions then serve.
