Ingredients For Mix Chat Pat Sabzi:

  • Mix vegetables 1/2 kg
  • Chopped tomato 2
  • Chopped Potato 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Boiled red kidney beans 1 cup
  • Cream 1/4 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take a pan pour ginger garlic paste and chopped onions, fry it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Now add tomatoes and chopped red chilies, salt, chopped cumin and chopped coriander roast it well.
  3. When the tomatoes are tendered then add mix vegetables and boiled red beans. pour water to tender.
  4. When water dries then tender the vegetables add cream and curry leaves give it baghar.
  5. Take it out in dish and serve it.

Ingredients For Khara Masala Mash Keema:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • White lentil 250 gm
  • Crushed garlic 4 to 5 cloves
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Whole cumin 1 tsp
  • Big cardamom 3 to 4
  • Cinnamon 2 to 3 sticks
  • Cloves 4 to 5
  • Bay leaves 2 to 3
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 5 to 6
  • Green coriander 5 to 6
  • Sliced ginger 1 inch
  • Oil 4 to 5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First wash the white lentil keep it in water for half an hour.
  2. Then pour oil add chopped black pepper, whole cumin, big cardamom, cloves and curry leaves make it crispy.
  3. Then add chopped onions and garlic cloves for frying.
  4. When onions becomes brown then mix it in chicken mince roast it well.
  5. Then add chopped black pepper, green chilies and lentil mix it nicely roast it well.
  6. When the lentil is about to tender then add green coriander simmer it.
  7. When the simmer is done, remove it from stove.
  8. Add ginger slices and green coriander for garnish then serve.
