Ingredients For North Indian Style Chicken Daal Curry:
Chicken with bones 1/2 kg
Black lentils 250 gm
Lemon juice 1/2 cup
Cream 1/2 cup
Chopped garlic 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Almonds 10
Green chili 3
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Salt as required
Method:
First pour oil add boneless chicken fry it.
Now add chopped red chilies, salt, turmeric, chopped cumin, mustard seeds and water cover it for 10 minutes.
When the chicken is tendered then add black lentil and lemon juice, cook it for 5 minutes.
After that add green chilies and green coriander.
Now take it out in dish and put almonds and cream.
Then add butter, chopped garlic fry it well.
When it starts to smell then add lentils.
North Indian style chicken daal curry is ready.
Ingredients For Bombay Style Potato:
Potato 1 kg
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Onion 2
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
Green chili 4
Fried cumin seeds 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Dried mango powder 2 tbsp
Fennel seeds Powder 2 tbsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
First add peeled potatoes and pour oil fry it well.
Now add yogurt, roasted cumin, turmeric, salt, chopped red chilies, chopped dried mango powder and chopped fennel mix it well.
Pour remaining oil add brown onions.
Now add boiled potatoes and yogurt, cover and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Add green chilies and green coriander turn off the stove.
Bombay style potato is ready.
