Thai soup Ingredients
Chicken stock 15-12 cup Boiled rice & fried 1 cup (deep fry) Ginger strip cutting 1tbsp Green chilli 5-7 Salt White pepper 1tsp Lemon juice 1tbsp tobaco souce 1tsp Chicken boneless Julian cutting half kg Soya souce 1tbsp Method
In stock add all spices including chicken strips. Till cooked chicken soften In then end pour soup on fried rice. Thai soup is ready now serve it hot. Sweet N sour fish
Ingredients
Full fish with deep cuts Egg 1 Courn flour 1tsp White flour 1tbsp White pepper 1tsp Salt Carrot , capsicum , onion 1with Julian cutting . Oil for deep fry Ginger 1tbsp chopped White venigar quarter cup Suger half cup Ketchup half cup Food colour half tsp Chicken stock half cup Method In boul add flour , corn flour , white pepper salt & egg & make a mixture. Spread mixture over fish. Deep fry fish in full flame. For souce in pan add oil & cooked garlic . Then add ketchup , white venigar , suger ,white pepper, salt, food colour & add chicken stock , cornflour for thickness then add vagitable. Then this souce spread over fried fish Serve it hot . Garlic Rice Ingredients Boiled rice Chopped garlic 1tbsp Soya souce 1 tbsp Green onion half cup Oil half cup Rice boiled ek bowl Method In a pan add oil & put garlic & cooked Add white pepper, salt , soya sauce . In the end add boiled rice & spring onion. Serve it hot. Chowmein Ingredients Noodles 1 packet Boiled Oil Garlic 1tsp chopped Chicken Julian cutting half kg boneless Chicken stock half cup Salt White pepper 1tsp White venigar 3tbsp Soya sauce 3tbsp Suger 1tsp Carrot , onion , capsicum add vegetable on ur choices (Julian cutting ) Method In pen add oil ,garlic & chicken & cooked till chicken soften Then add all spices then add noodles cooked & mixed it very well. In the end add all vegetables & again add 1 tbsp soya sauce & mixed. Serve it hot & yummy noodles.
