Ingredients For Chicken In Red Bean Sauce:
For Chicken 1/2 kg
Chicken 2
Egg White 2 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
Red bean sauce:
Red kidney beans 100 gm
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Ginger 1 inch
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Onion 2
Chicken cubes 1
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Oil 1-2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First put salt on chicken.
Take a mixing bowl add egg white and corn flour mix it well.
Then add chicken pieces for marination, fry and keep it on a side.
Sauce is ready.
Add washed red beans, keep it in water with soda.
Now add boiled red beans make it soft.
Then add onions, red beans, garlic cloves, ginger pieces, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce and brown sugar mix and make its paste.
Take a pan pour oil add ready paste roast it well.
Now add chicken cubes and water cook it well.
After that add corn flour in water, cook it till sauce becomes thick.
When the sauce becomes thick then add chicken pieces and mix it, dish out it and serve it.
Ingredients For Rainbow Beef In Lettuce Leaves:
Beef mince 300 gm
Onion 1
Capsicum 1
Cabbage 1
Mushrooms 1/2 cup
Green onion 2-3 sticks
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 1-2 tbsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Make cups of cabbage.
Now take a pan pour oil and chopped garlic, add onions fry it.
Then add mince, roast it.
Now add capsicum, chopped red pepper, soya sauce, mushroom, vinegar, chopped black pepper, brown sugar and salt mix and cook.
Then pour water add mince, dry its water.
Now fill the mince mixture into cabbage cups and garnish it with green onions then serve.
