Ingredients For Fried Chicken Rice With Thai Basil & Egg:

  • Chicken bones 200 gm
  • Rice (half boiled) 2-3 cups
  • Eggs 2
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Fish sauce 3 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Thai basil  2-3 sticks
  • Chinese salt 1 tsp
  • Cucumber 1
  • Lemon  1-2
  • Springs onion 2-3
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt  as required

Method:

  1. First take a pan pour oil add egg for half fry and keep them on a side.
  2. Now take a boneless chicken cut it into small pieces.
  3. Then add garlic cloves and green chilies beat it and keep it on a side.
  4. When its color changes then add garlic and green chilies roast it well.
  5. Now add oyster sauce, soya sauce, fish Sauce and chinese salt let it cook.
  6. When the chicken is almost tendered then add thai basil and boiled rice mix it and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Now put half fry on its top, add cucumber, lemon and green onion for garnish then serve.

Ingredients For Thai Chicken Red Curry:

  • Chicken with bones 1/2 kg
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Red curry paste 2-3 tbsp
  • Fish sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Mushrooms 1 cup
  • Lemon leaves 4-5
  • Garlic 5-6 cloves
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped red chilies 2-3
  • Basil leaves 10-12
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt  as required

Method:

  1. First take a pan pour oil add garlic cloves add chicken roast it well.
  2. When it color changes then add red curry paste, fish sauce, curry leaves, fish sauce, lemon leaves, chopped black pepper, chopped red chilies, mushroom and salt roast it for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. In the end add coconut milk and water make the gravy thick let it cook.
  4. When the gravy becomes thick then add red chilies and basil leaves for garnish then serve.

Ingredients For Glass Noodles Salad:

  • Crystal noodles 1 packet
  • Prawns 200 gm
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salad leaves 4-5
  • Onion 1
  • Spring onions 1 bunch
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Chinese salt  1/2 tsp
  • Thai red chilies 3-4
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Fish sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First keep the crystal noodles in water for 1 hour.
  2. Then take a pan pour water boil it.
  3. Then add noodles cook it for 3 minutes, take it out from water and keep it on a side.
  4. Take a pan pour water, prawns and garlic paste, boil it for 4 to 5 minutes and keep it on a side.
  5. Now add onions, green onions, tomatoes and thai red chili slices and keep it in mixing bowl.
  6. Then add green coriander.
  7. Now add fish sauce, chinese salt and lemon juice mix it well.
  8. Now add boiled prawns and noodles mix it well.
  9. Now add salad leaves dish out them.
  10. Glass noodles salad is ready.
