Ingredients for Beef Strips With Capsicum Sauce:

  • Undercut meat 1/2 kg
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp

For Making Sauce:

  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1

Ingredients for Sri Lankan Style Daal:

  • Red lentil 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Green chili 4
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Bay leave 1
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1 cup

For Making Bhagar:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Dry red chili 10
  • Onion 1
  • Curry leave 10
