Ingredients For Cheesy Pepper Chicken:
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Stock 1 cup
Cream cheese 1 cup
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ginger/ garlic 1 tsp
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Crushed red chili 1 tsp
Capsicum 6
Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
First pour oil add chicken mince.
Now add chopped onions and tomatoes and cover it for 10 minutes.
When the water dries then add ginger garlic paste, black pepper, salt and stock an cook it more for 10 minutes.
Then add capsicum, cut them and add ready mince.
After that sprinkle chopped red chilies bake it on 200 degree C for 10 minutes.
Delicious pepper chicken is ready.
Ingredients For Band Gobi Anda Ghotala:
Cabbage 1/2 kg
Egg 6
Onion 250 gm
Green chili 6
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Green coriander 1 bunch
All spice powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
First pour oil add boiled omelet add chopped onions fry it well.
When it becomes soft then add cumin, chopped coriander, chopped red chilies, salt, chopped garam masala and turmeric.
Then add cabbage roast it on high temperature.
After that beat it on low temperature.
First add green coriander and green chilies then serve.
First simmer it for 10 minutes turn off the stove.
Now stir it with wooden spoon.
Tasty Anda Ghotala is ready to serve.
Ingredients For Zeera Mirch:
Large green chili 6
Fried cumin seeds 2 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Chaat masala 2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Method:
First add green chilies, give it cut and fill it with salt.
Now pour oil add chilies for frying.
Then add roasted cumin, lemon juice, chopped garlic, turmeric and chaat masala cook it for 1 minute.
Zeera mirch is ready.
