Ingredients for Chocolate Oat Cookies:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Ingredients for Szechuan Brinjals:

  • 1 eggplant
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tsp of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp or red chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp of soya sauce
  • 1 tsp of white vinegar
  • 1 tsp of corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp of brown sugar
  • 1 small bunch of coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp of sesame oil

Ingredients for Veg Fried Rice:

  • 4 cups boiled rice
  • 2 cups finely chopped carrots
  • 2 cup capsicum
  • 3-4 spring onions, chopped fine
  • 2 tsp of soya sauce
  • 1 tsp of green chili sauce
  • 2 tsp of tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp of freshly minced ginger garlic
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 1 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp of oil
