Ingredients for Keemay Ki Biryani:

  • Beef mince 1 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Small cardamom 8
  • Green chilies 8
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Black pepper 8
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemons 4
  • Fresh milk 1 cup
  • Yellow food color some

For Rice:

  • Rice 2-1/2 cups
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 3
  • Black peppercorns 4
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Bhagar:

  • Oil 1 cup
  • Chopped onions 3
  • Small cardamom 4

Ingredients for Masalay Bharay Khatay Aloo:

  • Potatoes 1 kg
  • Red chili 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Oil to fry

To Garnish:

  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 4

Ingredients for Maal Poora:

  • Flour 1-1/12 cup
  • Semolina 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Milk 1-1/2 cups
  • Sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Yellow food color 1/2 tsp
  • Clarified butter to fry
