Ingredients For Chicken Manchurian:
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
For Making Sauce:
Stock 2 cups
Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Corn flour as required
Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
First add chicken cubes, add sugar, salt, black pepper, corn flour and oil mix it well and leave it for 10 minutes.
Then pour oil and fry it, when it becomes golden brown then take it out.
For Sauce, pour milk add chopped garlic for frying.
Now add stock, soya sauce, ketchup, chili sauce, vinegar and brown sugar.
When it is boiled then add corn flour make it thick and turn off the stove.
Chicken manchurian is ready.
Ingredients For Singaporean Rice:
Rice 2 cups
Egg Noodles 1 packet
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Capsicum 2
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves 6
Green chili 6
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cream 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
First boil the noodles boil it with turmeric.
Pour oil add chicken small pieces.
Now add cumin, turmeric, black pepper, salt, chili sauce, tomato ketchup and worcestershire sauce.
Along chopped capsicum turn off the stove.
Then add rice and noodles, cream and mayonnaise.
After that add chicken.
Now pour oil with garlic cloves.
Along Green chilies and rice, give baghar on rice.
Singaporean rice are ready.
