Ingredients For Achari Chicken Karahi:
Chicken 1
Tomatoes 4
Garlic 6 cloves
Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
Nigella seeds 1 tsp
Whole red pepper 6
Lemons 2
Salt to taste
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Green chilies 4
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 2 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
Method:
First add fennel seeds, mustard seeds, whole coriander and whole cumin roast it and chop.
Then add tamarind paste, salt fill the green chilies.
Take a pan add chicken pieces, salt, turmeric cook it well.
When the chicken dries then add tomatoes, whole red chilies, kalonji, garlic cloves and chopped ginger.
Then pour oil slowly roast it.
Now add whole coriander and white cumin chop it.
Then take a pan add lemon juice and green chilies simmer it.
After frying green chilies simmer it in pan.
After 5 minutes, chicken achari is ready.
Then serve the hot naan.
Ingredients For Nawabi Kabab Curry:
Rice 2 cups
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Seekh Kabab Masala 2 tbsp
Bread slices 2
Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
Green chilies 4
Egg 1
Salt to taste
Tomato puree 1/2 cup
Red chili 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Fresh cream 1/2 packet
Butter 1 tbsp
Oil as required
Method:
First take bread slices cut its sides.
Now take a beef mince, chop it along bread slices.
Then add egg, seekh kabab masala, mint and green chilies.
Then knead it make seekh kabab.
After that shallow fry it in hot oil.
Take a pan pour oil add tomato puree, Chopped red chilies, ginger garlic paste, salt and chopped black pepper roast it lightly add fried kababs.
Then add chopped green chilies and fresh cream simmer it for 5 minutes.
After that wash the rice, let it cook.
Add salt, change its water.
Simmer and add the butter.
Take it out in a dish and put rice on all sides.
Put mint and nawabi kabab serve it.
Ingredients For Tamatar Ki Chutney:
Chopped tomatoes 1/2 kg
Oil 1 cup
Green chilies 6
Lemons 2
Curry leaves few
Garlic cloves 8-10
Turmeric 1 tsp
Nigella seeds 1 tsp
White cumin 1 tsp
Red chili 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Bhagar:
Whole red chilies 4
Fenugreek seeds few
Curry leaves few
White cumin 1 tsp
Method:
Take a pan, add whole red chilies, few mustard seeds, curry seeds and white cumin make it brown.
Now add chopped tomatoes, garlic cloves, kalonji, chopped red chilies, turmeric, white cumin, chopped green chilies and salt cover and let it cook.
When water dries then roast it lightly add lemon juice.
Delicious tomato chutney is ready.
