Ingredients For Brown Bread Sandwich:

  • Bread slice 4
  • Cottage cheese 1/2 cup
  • Boiled egg 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Lettuce leaves 2
  • Olive oil  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add cottage cheese, egg white, tomato, cucumber, black pepper, salt and olives mix it well.
  2. Now add bread slices, put salad leaves.
  3. Then put another slice, bake it on sandwich maker or on pan.

Ingredients For Grape Fruit Juice:

  • Grape fruit 2
  • Apples 2
  • Oranges 2
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black salt  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First add grape fruit and orange pieces, put them into grinder, take out juice.
  2. Now add chopped cinnamon, chopped black pepper and salt serve it well.

Ingredients For Rida's Green Tea:

  • Water 5 cups
  • Green tea 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger  1 piece
  • Cinnamon  1 piece

Method:

  1. First boil the water, when it is boiled then add green tea, fennel seeds, nutmeg mace, sugar and ginger garlic paste turn off the stove, cover it.
  2. Rida's Green Tea is ready.

  • SAIMA, heres the link. I have tried this for few days but then I gave the gap. Drinking 1/2 litre of water after getting up in the morning also boosts metabolism and improves skin. Saima plz post ur comments on different recipes that u try. I read every comment and they are very useful. good luck, seemi.
