Ingredients for Mini Victoria Sandwich Cake:

  • Butter 3 oz
  • Caster sugar 3 oz
  • Self raising flour 3 oz
  • Egg 1 beaten
  • Egg yolk 1
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

For Decoration:

  • Whipped cream 1 cup
  • Strawberry jam 6 tbsp
  • Icing sugar 3 oz

Ingredients for Kofta Palak:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Roasted gram flour 3 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp

For Gravy:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Brown onion grinded 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 3
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Fenugreek leaves 2 bunches
  • Dil 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 2

Ingredients for Khameeri Paratha:

  • Flour 2-1/2 cups
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Ingredients for Hyderabadi Chicken Masala:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 16 pieces
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Onion brown 1 cup
  • Onion brown 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Almonds 10
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Button red chilies 15
