Chicken Koftay

Ingredients:

  • For koftay: Chicken mince: 1/2 kg
  • All spice powder: 1 tsp
  • Ginger: 1 tsp
  • Garlic: 1 tsp
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Crushed pepper: 1 tsp
  • khash khash: 1 tbsp
  • Bhuna baisan: 4 tbsp
  • Almonds: 10
  • Green chilies: 4
  • Onions: 1
  • For gravy: ginger: 1 tsp
  • Garlic: 1 tsp
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Green chilies: 1 tsp
  • Crushed pepper: 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder: 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder: 1 tsp
  • All spice powder:1/2 tsp
  • Cream: 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt: 1 cup
  • Almonds: 10
  • Grounded onions: 2

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken mince with all spice powder, ginger, garlic, salt, crushed pepper, khash khash, bhunna baisan, almonds, green chilies, onions and leave it for half an hour.
  2. Now make small balls and fry a little.
  3. Take a pan and make the gravy by adding all the ingredients.
  4. In the end add the mince balls and cover the lid.
  5. Serve by garnishing coriander leaves on top.

4 Season Pizza

Ingredients:

For dough:
  • Flour: 1 pao
  • Yeast: 1 tsp
  • Powder milk: 2 tbsp
  • Sugar: 1 tsp
  • Egg: 1
  • Salt: 1/2 tsp
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Pizza Sauce: 1/2 cup
  • Cheddar cheese: 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese: 1/2 cup
  • Chicken mince: 1 pao
  • Beef mince: 1 pao
  • Cooked prawns: 1 pao
  • Oregano: 1 tsp
  • Onions: 1
  • Capsicum: 1
  • Tomatoes: 1

Method:

  1. Make dough by kneading flour, yeast, powder milk, sugar, eggs and salt.
  2. Cover it with a cloth and keep it in a warm place for an hour.
  3. Now take out the risen dough and knead it again.
  4. Now make it flat and put it on a greased tray.
  5. Spread pizza sauce, cheddar cheese, mozrella cheese, chicken mince, beef mince, prawns, oregano, onions, capsicum and tomatoes.
  6. In the end sprinkle cheese on top and bake it on 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
  7. Serve with ketchup.

Breakfast Roll

Ingredients:

  • Flour: 3 cups
  • Yeast: 1/2 tbsp
  • Milk: 2 cups
  • Butter: 1 tsp
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Eggs: 1
  • Sesame seeds: 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Knead all the ingredients together.
  2. Shape the dough into balls.
  3. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and place them on a greased tray.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
