Bajre Ki Roti

Ingredients:

  • Baajray ka aata: 1.2 kg
  • Ghee: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: 1 tsp

Method:

  1. In a thaal add bajray ka aata, ghee, salt and with luke warm water knead it well.
  2. Now make balls and roll the rolling pin on it.
  3. Make round shaped roti and serve hot.

Hara Lehsun

Ingredients:

  • Green garlic: 1/2 kg
  • Ghee: 1/4 cup
  • Oil: 1/4 cup
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Koila: 1

Method:

  1. In a blender add green garlic, ghee, oil, salt and blend it well.
  2. Now heat a few drops of oil and pour the mixture in it.
  3. After 5 minutes turn off the flame.
  4. On the other side heat koila and put it in the middle of the mixture and close the lid.

Baingan Or Sabzi Ka Raita

Ingredients:

  • Lambay Baingan: 1/2 kg
  • Carrot: 1
  • Onion: 1
  • Spring onions: 1
  • Cucumber: 1
  • Green Chilies: 4
  • Coriander leaves: 1 bunch
  • Mint leaves: 1 bunch
  • Yogurt: 3 pao
  • Powder Milk: 3/4 cup
  • Caster Sugar: 1 tsp

For bhagaar

  • Oil: 1/4 cup
  • Kari Patta: 15 - 20
  • Round Red chilies: 4 - 5
  • White cumin seeds: 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Fry onions and add in cubed bainguns.
  2. Mix well and add cubed carrots, cubes spring onions, green chilies, yogurt and caster sugar.
  3. Now turn off flame and add powdered milk and mix well.
  4. for bhagar take a fry pan, heat oil and add kari patta, round red chilies, white cumin seeds and pour it over the baingan.
  5. serve with cucumber.
