Degi Aloo Gosht

Ingredients:

  • Oil 1 cup
  • onion 250 gm
  • Meat 1 kg
  • Garlic ginger 2tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chili 1 tbsp.
  • turmeric 1/2 tbsp.
  • coriander 1 tbsp.
  • clove 6 pcs
  • cinnamon 1-2pcs
  • small cardamom
  • cinnamon 2 pcs
  • bay leaf 1 pcs
  • green cardamom 2 pcs
  • yogurt 1 cup
  • potato 1 kg
  • nutmeg mace 1 tsp
  • mix spice 1 tsp
  • green chili 4 pcs
  • coriander 2 tbsp

Method:

  1.  In hot oil fry onions , take them out and blend them.
  2. In the same oil add in the meat and fry.
  3. Now add in garlic, ginger,salt, red chili, turmeric, coriander powder,cloves, cinnamon , small cardamom , bay leaf and green cardamom and fry.
  4. Then add in yogurt and mix and then add in water.
  5. When the meat is about to get cooked add in the potatoes , nutmeg mace and garam masala.
  6. In the end add in the fried onions and cook on low flame (dam par rakhain) for 15 mins.
  7. Garnish with green chilies and coriander and serve


Fish Roll Kabab

Ingredients:

  • Fish 1/2 kg
  • potatoes 1/2 kg
  • ginger garlic 1-1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chili 1-1/2 tsp
  • mix spice 1/2 tsp
  • green chili 2 pcs
  • vinegar 1-1/2 tsp
  • egg 3 pcs
  • bread crumbs 2 cups
  • oil for frying

Method:

  1. Boil the fish and potatoes
  2. Now add in garlic,ginger , salt , red chili, garam masala, green chili and vinegar and mix.
  3. Now make kabaabs out of the prepared mixture then dip it in egg and roll it in bread crumbs.
  4. Fry in hot oil once done serve.
