Mooli Ka Paratha

Ingredients

  • Grated moli 1grated boiled & discart water 
  • Salt 
  • Ginger small piece chopped 
  • White Cumin 1tsp crushed 
  • Red chilli 1tsp 
  • Fresh coriander half bunch chopped 
  • Green chilli 3chopped 
  • Onion medium chopped
  • Ajwain seeds 1tsp 
  • For dough 
  • White flour 2 cup 
  • Salt half tsp 
  • Oil 2 tbsp 

Method 

In a bowl add moli & all ingredients & mix it very well 
For dough mix flour , salt & oil & make a dough 
Then make a balls then roll out & put in filling then make a shape of rote & fry on tawa.

gobi Ka Paratha

Ingredients 

  • Cauliflower 1 boiled mashed 

  • Onion 1chopped 
  • Fresh green half bunch chopped
  • Green chilli chopped 5 chopped 
  • Salt 
  • White cumin crushed 1tsp 
  • Red chilli crushed 1 tsp 
  • Chat masala 1tsp 

Method 

In a bowl add all ingredients in Gobi 


For dough mix flour , salt & oil & make a dough 

Then make a balls then roll out & put in filling then make a shape of rote & fry on tawa.

Methi Ka Paratha

Ingredients

  • Onion 1 chopped 
  • Fresh coriander 2tbsp 
  • Turmeric half tsp 
  • Salt
  • Tomato 1 remove seeds chopped 
  • Chat masala 1tsp 
  • Mehti 1 bunch chopped

Method 

In a bowl add all ingredients & mix it 

For dough mix flour , salt & oil & make a dough 

Then make a balls then roll out & put in filling then make a shape of rote & fry on tawa.

aloo Methi Ki Sabzi

Ingredients

  • Onion 2 medium slice cutting 
  • Oil half cup 
  • Mehti bunch 1 large
  • Water 
  • Red chilli crushed 1tbsp 
  • Salt 
  • Potato half kg cutting in small size 

Method 

In a pan heat oil then put in chopped onion fry till onion change his colour then put in Mehti , salt & red chill slightly cook in low flame then put in potatoes & add water 1cut cook till potatoes soften. 

Jagrala

Ingredients 

  • Rice half cup soak in water almost 4 hour 
  • Milk 1 ltr 
  • Sugar 3/4 cup 
  • Dry milk half cup 
  • Almonds& pistachios for garnishing 
  • Cardimum powder 1tsp 
  • Carrot 1kg mashed 

Method

In a pan add milk & boiled it then put in soak rice & suger then cooked till rice are soften then put in carrot & dry milk & slightly cook about 20 min then add cardimum powder & almonds & pistachios.. 
Then serve it cool & enjoy .
