Seekh Kabab Chutney Roll

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • gram flour 2 tbsp.
  • Garlic ginger 1 tbsp.
  • raw papaya 1 tbsp.
  • salt to taste
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • green chilies 6pcs
  • mix spice powder 1 tbsp.
  • egg 1 pcs
  • yoghurt
  • corn flour 1 tbsp
  • oil for frying

For chutney:

  • Tamarind pulp 1 cup
  • Mint 1 bunch
  • coriander 1 bunch
  • green chilies 8-9 pcs
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • garlic 2 cloves
  • yoghurt 4 tbsp.

For Paratha:

  • Flour 4 cup
  • Wheat flour 2 cup
  • Ghee 4 tbsp.
  • salt 1tbsp
  • water as required
  • oil for frying


Method:

  1. Mix gram flour, garlic, ginger , raw papaya , salt , red chili powder, green chilies, mixed spices powder , egg , yoghurt and corn flour in the mince and make kabaabs.
  2. Give it some smoke of a coal and fry it in hot oil.


Method for chutney:

  1. Mix tamarind pulp, mint, coriander , green chilies , garlic and yoghurt.

Method for paratha:

  1. Mix flour, wheat flour, ghee , salt and water and form a dough.
  2. Now make parathas and fry them and put the kabaabs you have prepared previously in them.
  3. Now put chutney on top and form it into a roll and serve hot.

Chatpata Salad

Ingredients:

  • Onions 2 pcs
  • Tomato 2 pcs
  • Cucumber 2 pcs
  • Carrot 2 pcs
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • chaat masala 1 tbsp.
  • lemon 1 tbsp.

Method:

  1. Mix Onions,tomato, cucumbers, carrots ,salt , red chilli powder , chaat masala and lemon well
  2. The chatpata salad is ready.
