Chocolate Chiffon Cake Ingredients: Flour: 2 cups Sugar: 1 1/2 cup Baking powder: 1 tbsp Salt: 1 tsp Vegetable oil: 1/2 cup Egg yolk: 7 Water: 3/4 cup Vanilla essence: 2 tsp Lemon juice: 1 tsp Egg white: 7 Tarter cream: 1/2 tsp Butter frosting: 1 tbsp Method: Sift flour, salt, baking powder, sugar and mix well. Add oil, water, egg yolk, vanilla essence and lemon juice and keep it aside. In a large bowl beat tarter cream and egg whites untill stiff and keep it aside. Beat egg yolk mixture till smooth. Slowly pour in the egg whites and keep on folding it with a spactula. Pour batter into a pan. Bake for about 55 minutes. Bun Bread Ingredients: Egg: 2 Powder Milk: 4 tbsp Flour: 1/2 kg Salt: 1 tsp White sesame seeds: 1 tbsp Caster sugar: 1 tbsp yeast: 1 tbsp Ghee: 2 tbsp Method: Knead flour, eggs, powder milk, salt, caster sugar and ghee together. In a cup add yeast and luke warm water and keep it in a warm place for some time. Then add this yeast in the kneaded flour and knead it well again. Now make bun shapes out of the mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. lastly place them in a greased tray and bake them for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Spaghetti Alla Bolognese Ingredients: Flour: 2 cups Eggs: 3 Salt: 1 tsp Mince: 1/2 kg Oil: 2 tbsp Butter: 2 tbsp Crushed garlic: 2 tsp Crushed Onions: 2 Cubed carrot: 1 Tomato paste: 1/2 cup Ketchup: 4 tbsp Oregano: 1 tsp Parmesan cheese: 1 tsp Salt: to taste Black pepper: to taste Milk: 1 cup Spaghetti: 1 packet Method: Marinate mince with salt, black pepper and ketchup. Heat oil, add onions and saute mince in it. Keep the mince aside when fully cooked. Make red sauce by heating oil in a pan and adding crushed garlic, ketchup, oregano, black pepper and tomato paste. For white sauce, in butter put flour and mix well add milk and whisk it well again.Now add salt, black pepper, white pepper and oregano. For layers, put boiled spaghetti, red sauce, mince, white sauce, onions, cheese and repeat. In the end add Parmesan cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Broccoli Cream Soup Ingredients: Broccoli: 1 pao Milk: 2 cups Chicken stock: 6 cups Cream: 1/2 cup Salt: 1 tsp White pepper: 1/2 tsp Flour: 3 tbsp Butter: 2 tbsp Method: Boil chicken stock and add white pepper, butter, flour, salt, milk and mix well. add broccoli's and mix well again till they turn soft. Add cream in the end and mix till the mixture thickens.
