Chicken In Hot Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kig
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper 1 tsp
  • corn flour 3 tbsp.
  • oil 4 tbsp.
  • garlic 2 tbsp.
  • whole red chilies 5-6 pcs
  • soya sauce 2tbsp
  • chili sauce 1 tbsp.
  • wostershire sauce 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
  • chicken stalk 1 cup
  • spring onions 1/4th cup
  • corn flour  3 tbsp.

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt , black pepper and corn flour and leave it for 20 mins.
  2. In hot oil fry the chicken and take it out.
  3. In the same oil fry garlic and whole red chilies.
  4. Add in soya sauce, chili sauce, woster sauce , salt , black pepper, chicken stalk and let it cook till it boils.
  5. Add in the fried chicken , spring onions and use the corn flour to thicken it.
  6. Once ready serve while hot.

Aloo Murghi Ka Loof

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Ginger , garlic as required
  • onion 1
  • all spices powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • potatoes 1/2 kgs
  • black pepper 1 tsp
  • green chili paste 1 tbsp.
  • butter 2 tbsp.
  • egg 1
  • cheddar cheese 1 cup

Method:

  1. In the mince add ginger , garlic, onions, garam masala,salt, red chili powder and water and let it cook.
  2. Next mash the boiled potatoes and mix in salt, black pepper  green chilies well
  3. Grease the dish well with butter and spread the mashed potatoes on it then spread the mince chicken on top and brush it with an egg.
  4. In the end sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top and bake it for 15 mins
  5. Once ready serve while hot.
