Tikka Noodles by Saadat Siddiqui in Riwayaton Ki Lazzat

Tikka noodles

Ingredients:

• Noodles 1 packet
• Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
• Papaya 1 tbsp.
• yoghurt 4 tbsp.
• yellow food colouring 1/2 tsp
• salt  according to your taste
• Mixed all spices 1tsp
• Red chili powder 1- 1/2 tbsp.
• Green chili paste 2 tbsp.
• Lemon juice  2 tbsp.
• Oil 4 tbsp.
• Ginger and garlic 1 tbsp.
• Vinegar 1tbsp
• Soya sauce 2 tbsp.
• Green chili 6-8
• Capsicum 2
• Spring onions 1/2 cup

Method:

1.  Boil the noodles
2. Marinate the chicken with papaya , red chili powder, yellow food colour , salt , all spices powder, yoghurt , green chili paste and lemon juice leave it for half and hour.
3. Heat up the oil and fry ginger and garlic then add the chicken into it.
4. Now add Vinegar, soya sauce, green chili, capsicum, spring onions and noodles and mix cook for at least 10 mins.
5. Once its ready serve while its hot.
