Rus Malai

Ingredients:

  • Dry milk 1 cup.
  • Beaten egg 1.
  • oil 3-4 spoon.
  • baking soda 1/4 tea spoon.
  • milk 1 liter.
  • Sugar 1 cup.
  • Almond and pistachio 15 pieces. 

Method:

  1. Add dry milk,egg,baking powder and oil and mix them properly.
  2. Make balls of the mixture.
  3. Boil the milk and add sugar.
  4. Cook milk for 10-12 minute.
  5. Now add balls in milk.
  6. Cook for five minutes.
  7. After five minutes remove form the stove and keep them cool.
  8. Garnish with almond and pistachio.

Fillet Of Fish Burger

Ingredients:

  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
  • Milk 1/2 cup.
  • 2 large fish(tilapia,pollock or other) about 1.25 pound.
  • Saltine Cracker 2 cup.
  • mayonnaise 1/3 cups.
  • minced onion 2 tbsp.
  • oil 2 cups.
  • Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup.
  • 2 tbsp pickle.
  • salt(depend on taste).
  • 4-6 Cheese slices.
  • 4-6 buns.

Method:

  1. Take fish fillets and cut into your desire shape.
  2. Take fish into the bowl and mix lemon juice properly and mix them for few minutes.
  3. Dry extra lemon from fish then add milk.
  4. Take baking sheet and place crumbs over it.
  5. Now dip the fish completely into the milk and place fish into the baking sheet and rotate  fish for coating of crumbs refrigerate fish for good coating.
  6. Mix mayonnaise,onion,pickle,salt and white paper for sauce.
  7. Now refrigerate the sauce.
  8. Heat the oil first the fry your fist mixture into and fry it until crispy brown color.
  9. Remove fish fillet from the stove and leave for 2 minutes.
  10. Heat bun in microwave until it become soft.
  11. Put your fish fillet middle of the bun and cheese slices and sauce.

Dum Pukht Pulao

Ingredients:

Chicken 1 kg (16 pieces)
Rice 500 grams.
Chopped onion 1.
Onion slices 1.
Ginger and garlic paste 1 spoon.
Spices(garam masala) 2 tea spoon.
Salt 3 tea spoon.
Red chilies(whole) 10.
oil 3/4 cups.
Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon.

Method:

  1. Firstly add rice into water and leave for 30 mint
  2. Take 3 cups water add 1 kg chicken,1 chopped onion,1 spoon ginger garlic paste,1 tea spoon salt,10 plain red chilies
  3. 1 tea spoon spices(garam masala) and cook them
  4. Cook it until tittle bit gravy remains with chicken then separate gravy from chicken
  5. Now heat oil 3/4 cups for then add cumin seed 1 tea spoon into it and fry it until light golden color
  6. Add 1 tea spoon garlic and ginger and boil chicken
  7. then add 2 cups water,gravy and boil it
  8. Add rice with 2 tea spoon salt  and 1 tea spoon spices(garam masala) and cover it with a lid
  9. Cook it until rice become ready

Tamatar ki chutey

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes 3/4 1 cup.
  • Oil 2 tea spoon.
  • Coconut 5 tea spoon.
  • Rai 3/4 tea spoon.
  • Black paper 1/3 tea spoon.
  • Split Black gram (urad ki dhuli hui daal) 1 tea spoon.
  • chopped ginger 1.5 tea spoon.
  • Black paper(surkh mirch salaam).

Methods:

  1. For uncovering the tomatoes put tomatoes into the heated water for 1 minutes then remove from the stoke and leave them for cool.
  2. Blend tomatoes,ginger,black paper and coconut.
  3. Heat oil in fry pan then add lentils black chilly and rai and fry it for few minutes.
  4. Take this paste into bowl.
  5. your Tamtar ki chutney is ready.
